We have amazing opportunity to join one of our amazing clients that are based in Birkenhead.

Integra are seeking to recruit an experienced Team Leader for our client that is in the pharmaceutical industry. For the right candidate we can offer a long term permeant contact with an immediate start.

Job Details:

• PERM Contract
• Monday to Thursday
• Night shifts: 7PM-7AM
• £12.95PH - £14.50 DOE

Main duties will include:

• Assist in the introduction of new products and procedures.
• Support training of team leaders and production operatives.
• Perform efficient line changeovers to support production plan.
• Lead, manage and engage team in line with company procedures.
• Perform line clearance and associated procedures supporting line set up.
• Ensure good housekeeping practice is maintained through effective delegation.
• Monitoring of line performance in accordance to required outputs and quality compliance.
• Ensure that all Health & Safety aspects are in line with legislation and company expectations within area of responsibility.

Successful candidates will have strong leadership and communication skills, a good background in team leading/ supervising and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
