We have exciting opportunities for a Team Leader to join us with our accessories department within Fenwick York


About the role

We pride ourselves on being at the heart of the community in York and we are excited to surprise and delight our customers once again with our latest product edits in fashion, beauty, home, and much more!

Our Team Leaders are key in creating an amazing customer experience in-store. Working with the Sales Manager, you will work alongside your team, role modeling excellence to surprise and delight our customers.

As the Team Leader, you will ensure all customer queries are handled effectively whilst coaching and developing the team and leading the day-to-day operation of the department.

Experience in a team leader or similar role/business (Essential)
An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills

A strong interest in Fenwick and the brands we sell
