Celtic Football Club is currently seeking a Team Leader to work within the Glasgow Airport Store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is responsible for the efficient running of the retail unit at Glasgow Airport, in line with the requirements of the organisation.

Key Accountabilities Will Include

  • Assist Management in the day to day running of the store
  • Accurately check off deliveries from warehouse and transfers from other company branches
  • Accurately checks off despatches to the warehouse and other company branches
  • Maintains accurate control and storage of stock
  • Maximise the profitability of the unit through good customer service and increased sales
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times
  • Ensure high standards of merchandising and housekeeping are constantly maintained
  • Attends to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Ensures that all stock is stored safely and securely as directed by Manager
  • Responsible for accurate cash handling at all times
  • Ensures compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and Fire regulations
  • Undertakes other such duties which arise with familiarity and development of the job

Skills And Experience Required

  • Experience working within a Retail environment in a management role or similar

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work flexibly over 7 days, including weekends and evenings
