Job Title: Team Leader for cleaning New Builds

Location: Bristol Filton

Pay: £14 - £15 per hour depending on experience.

Site Clean are seeking an experienced working supervisor for cleaning new builds. The ideal candidate must have experience in manging cleaning teams of 5+ have a high attention to detail, must be able to multi task, motivate, Manage cleaning teams efficiently to clean to high standards.

CSCS card and a driving license. The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to clean the new builds after construction to ensure they are ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities:

- Clean new builds after construction

- Ensure the new builds are ready for occupancy

- Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively

- Follow health and safety guidelines

- have full PPE, Hard hat, Gloves, Hi-Viz, steel toe cap boots

- Report any issues or concerns to Contract Manger

Requirements:

- Must have a CSCS card or Booked on a course

- sssts, pasma, IPaf - Desirable

- Driving license is preferable

-Manging skills,

- Ability to mange a Team of 4-6 cleaners

-Must be Self-employed and Cis Reg ( we can help with this)

- Good communication skills

- Attention to detail

- Physically fit to carry out cleaning tasks

-Hard worker
