Summary

We are excited to be able to offer this fantastic Teaching Assistant position to enrich the lives of children in EYFS at The Grove. The successful candidate will join a strong team whose vision is for children’s individual needs to be at the heart of every aspect of school life.

The primary purpose of this role is to work with our EYFS Team and ensure outstanding provision for children in EYFS and as they transition to KS1. This will be working with individuals and groups, inside and outside the classroom, providing support to classroom teachers, liaising with parents as appropriate and supporting the team to secure high quality provision and achievement for all pupils.

The successful candidate will join a hard-working, friendly team in school which was graded ‘Good’ by Ofsted (November 2018) and values Teaching Assistants as an essential part of this success. We are looking to appoint someone who thoroughly enjoys working with children and has a positive, flexible and professional manner.

Hours of work: 30 hours per week (Term Time only)
