Salary: Grade 4, £14,605 - £15,352 per annum. £12.18 - £12.80 per hour

27.5 hours per week, term time working 38 weeks per year

Temporary until August 2024 due to funding

Required as soon as possible

We are delighted to advertise 2 posts within our outstanding and innovative school, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidates to join us working in our EYFS or KS1 departments.

At Garrett Hall Primary, we pride ourselves on providing a safe, calm, happy and stimulating environment for our children, we support them as they learn and grow into independent and confident learners.

We are looking to appoint dedicated and passionate teaching assistants who would like to join our team in making a difference to our children in one of the posts advertised.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be able to work as part of a team – establishing good relationships within the school team and the wider school community.
  • Be confident and able to work using your own initiative within a supportive team.
  • Be able to manage behaviour appropriately.
  • Be able to deliver specific support to raise attainment of pupils..
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Provide effective support to all pupils.
  • Support the inclusive ethos of the school
  • Have good numeracy / literacy skills
  • Have the ability to demonstrate initiative and good time management
