We are currently seeking to appoint a teaching assistant who is passionate, about childcare and teaching. The teaching assistants will be working with children aged 5 months - 5 years. They will need to be able to facilitate activities within the classroom. We are looking for qualified or unqualified candidates.

*Responsibilities and Duties*

* To follow the daily running of the room.

* Maintaining the smooth running of the classroom

* Working effectively with other staff to create a safe and stimulating learning experience for the children

* Ensuring the preparation, care, cleanliness, and maintenance of the classroom, kitchen, and equipment

* Offering all children equal opportunities with regard to their religious persuasion, racial origins, gender, disabilities, and cultural or linguistic background; in particular, challenging situations where racism or discrimination is displayed.

* Any other duties appropriate to the post as directed by the manager.
