Summary

We are looking to recruit four teaching assistants for the start of the Autumn term. The role includes supporting individual students with their learning and generally working within a whole class setting.

We are looking for applicants who have a good standard of literacy and numeracy, are excellent communicators, and can relate well to students between 11 and 16 years of age. A genuine interest in supporting students’ learning is essential, and applications are welcome from anyone wanting to gain pre-teacher training experience. Interest or experience in outdoor learning or ELSA is welcomed.

The contracts will be for one year initially and will be renewed, depending on funding.
The salary will be £9.81 per hour, annual salary £12,056.

Hours of work: 9:10 start to 3:25

Contract type: 1 year originally
