I am working with a inspirational ‘Good’ Rated secondary academy based in Daventry, Northamptonshire. The school were rated ‘Outstanding’ for behavior and attitudes, and leadership and management.

The school caters for pupils aged 11-19 and aims to provide a supportive environment for pupils to learn and achieve their full potential, both in and out of the classroom.

The school are looking to recruit a Teacher of Maths, teaching KS3 and KS4. The successful candidate will have experience in a similar setting, and have the ability to demonstrate how KS3/4 skills have made a difference to pupil achievement.

Experience they are looking for:

  • Promote high standards of behaviour based on fairness and mutual respect
  • Have significant experience of KS3/4
  • Skills and experience to establish high standards of teaching
  • Knowledge and expertise to build on established processes and systems
