About The Job

Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of Alfa Laval´s success and we are looking for an inspirational leader to spearhead our Talent Acquisition activities in the UK and Benelux partnering closely with the business which is comprised of many exciting business units across a number of locations.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will build and execute hiring strategies to identify and attract diverse candidates by collaborating with your broader HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues in the rest of Europe, as well as with hiring managers, to understand the hiring needs, priorities and critically assess talent. You will build strong, professional relationships and help elevate our employer brand to a highly competitive level. By measuring the impact of our recruiting methods, you will drive for continuous recruiting process improvement.

Who You Are

With a customer (candidate) centric mindset and a passion for TA where you´re seeing the business partnering and sourcing and continuous talent pipelining as key for success. You also thrive from working both independently and as a team to enable and create business value in an agile way.

What You Know

You are an engaged and driven Talent Acquisition Partner with some years of experience. You believe in the power of good Talent Acquisition, working proactively to get there. This by headhunting, networking and making sure you´re well informed of the trends in the candidate market in order to reach the relevant talents out there. You are working closely with the business, using your strong acumen to fully grasp their upcoming needs.
