Amicus Recruitment are on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join us on a permanent basis to join us in our new offices in Handforth.

Established at the start of 2017, Amicus Recruitment is a specialist IT recruitment company. We’ve grown to 12 people currently and have plans to treble in size over the next 2 years in our new offices. We were shortlisted in 2019 for ‘The Best Newcomer’ at the Global Recruiter Awards and we’re just at the start of our journey.

This role would suit someone who has experience of recruiting within the graduate space.

The role

  • Identify and attract top talent through a variety of channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks)
  • Liaise with hiring managers to discuss vacancies, pipelines and provide insights into the local market.
  • Conduct initial interviews via video or telephone to qualify applicant’s suitability for the vacancy
  • Design and implement an onboarding process for all new starters & take a proactive role in its delivery to new starters.
  • Act as a brand ambassador through regular social media posting, to showcase what it is like to work at Amicus Recruitment.
  • Update and improve internal job descriptions in line with requirements.
  • Ensure that all applicants receive an outstanding experience during the interview process.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Strong background as a Talent Acquisition Consultant / Manager
  • Experience recruiting for graduates
  • Experience in all areas of sourcing - LinkedIn, local tools, social media, referrals, internal mobility programs, etc.
  • Be comfortable with producing video social media content.
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A strong multitasker with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management experience

Desirable

  • Experience working in a recruitment agency
