We are working exclusively with a client based in Birmingham who are seeking a diverse and talented person to join their organisation to as a talent acquisition consultant.

They want to disrupt the recruitment industry, which has hardly changed in the last 40 years. The role

  • To find the people that have the same values as they do.
  • Be able to network and promote the brands within our group.
  • Come up with marketing ideas to post on social media to promote your objectives.
  • Good understanding of LinkedIn is a must.

Must have skills

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A background in recruitment.
  • Commercially and business astute.
  • You will be excellent at networking.
  • You’ll have outstanding listening skills and understand it’s all in the detail.
  • Be competent with social media platforms.
