The Client, a leading provider of security and facilities services, is seeking an experienced Talent Coordinator who possesses the vision and skills to contribute to a better future. Specializing in delivering a comprehensive range of services including manned guards, cleaning, CCTV towers, and remote monitoring, the Client is committed to excellence in meeting their clients’ needs.To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of nationwide recruitment experience, demonstrating knowledge and expertise in understanding the market landscape, as well as a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and inclusivity. This unique opportunity allows you to bring your innovative, brand-focused mindset to the team during a period of growth and transformation.The salary for this position is 24,000 per annum, and the role requires office-based work for 40 hours per week.Roles And Responsibilities- Take ownership of sourcing and attracting the best talent who align with our values.
- Provide innovative and scalable solutions to drive hiring strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct candidate market mapping to identify available talent, establish connections with passive candidates to foster relationships, and build a robust talent pipeline.
- Actively promote and ensure diverse representation in our hiring process to reflect the communities we serve.
- Ensure a seamless transition process from application to vetting stages during onboarding.
- Perform comprehensive BS7858 vetting on each applicant (training will be provided).
- Assist with office administration duties as required.
- Stay informed about industry and marketplace trends, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of recruiting issues and best practices.
- Provide honest and constructive feedback to candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams/Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proactive and driven mindset.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Displays initiative and takes ownership of tasks.
- Competent use of Microsoft tools.
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Excellent organizational skills.
