Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 6 month FTC with the possibility of further extension.

Euro London Appointments are working with a highly successful and international FinTech company who have asked for our help in growing their Talent Acquisition team.

This company is going through a hyper growth stage and are looking for a highly organised and ambitious coordinator to join them.

In this role you will work as part of the Talent Acquisition team and will work closely with a TA Manager to assist them in scheduling and coordination for high volume recruitment for hires across the UK and European markets.

This role would suit a candidate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Recruitment Coordination role in a fast paced environment.

Main responsibilities:
  • Organise and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews and ensuring a smooth and efficient process
  • Be the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensuring a smooth candidate experience
  • Gathering and collating feedback from interviewers in a timely manner
  • Administering offer letters and contracts to successful new hires.
  • You will also have the opportunity to work on side projects related to candidate experience and the candidate journey, so this is a fantastic opportunity to get involved.

You will need to have:
  • Previous experience in a TA / Recruitment coordination role
  • Fluency in English. Fluency in French or German would be a bonus but not essential.
  • You will be organised, an excellent communicator and be able to stay calm in busy times.
