Food Service General Manager, Long Eaton, Nottinghamshire

Salary – £28k - £33k depending on experience

Full time (45 hours per week), worked over 5 days

Driving license essential

As a general manager in our award winning takeaways, you’re responsible for leading your team to deliver quality food and service every time and helping ensure the smooth running of day to day operations.

About the role

We are looking for experienced managers to join the team in one of our Nottinghamshire take away sites, who can help develop and lead the team in an exciting, varied role. Day to day you will help with recruitment, delivering outstanding service, supporting our operations team, maximising the business profitability and taking full ownership of driving sales.

About you

You will be passionate about delivering great customer service and quality food standards

You’re great with people and have great communication and leadership skills

You’re always keen to learn new techniques and sharing your experience with your team

You embrace individuality and care for others

You’re passionate about inspiring and developing your team to become future leaders

You will have experience in a fast-paced, customer facing hospitality or catering environment

You will have a driving license as this is an essential part of the role

You thrive in customer focused and leadership roles where supporting others is highly rewarding
