Job description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Systems Training Manager to oversee systems training programmes for Keepmoat. The main purpose of the role is to identify training needs of employees to ensure effective use of existing and new systems, creating training materials and effectively implementing training programmes. The role also extends to delivering training as and when required.

The successful candidate will work with external suppliers and various internal stakeholders including Business Applications, Project Delivery and Human Resources, to ensure that training objectives are achieved within Keepmoat. They will write reports, keep records and maintain training budgets, monitoring and assessing the effectiveness and success of training programmes.

They will also keep up to date with the latest training developments and best practices, identifying and implementing a wide range of training techniques to ensure maximum return on investment, whilst maintaining employee engagement; ensuring training programmes are efficiently scheduled and appropriately facilitated.

Skills, knowledge & experience

We are looking for someone who fits with our core values here at Keepmoat; you will;

  • Bepassionate about systems training, with previous experience working within a systems training role. Take an enthusiastic, self-motivated, solutions focused approach to training management.
  • Have a confident and collaborativeattitude, with strong stakeholder engagement and delivery of training and support tools.
  • Be creativewith the ability to produce engaging training material to suit different audiences.
  • Take a straightforward approach, with high level attention to detail, investigation, and analysis of problems with a methodical and disciplined approach.

Experience within or knowledge of the housebuilding sector would be advantageous.
