JOB SPECIFICATION

We are looking to hire a Systems Analyst to join our Coveris Louth team. You will take responsibility for maintaining our ERP Microsoft Navision, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.

THE ROLE

•Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.

•Managing users, roles and groups.

•Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts

•Maintain all integrations with the ERP and managing expectations of requirements.

•Helping develop reports and analysis and training end-users on new reports.

•Managing and designing the reporting environment

•Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.

•Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software

•Generating reports from single or multiple systems.

•Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.

•Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.

THE PERSON

•Minimum of 1 years’ experience Business Data Reporting/Analytics support experience Minimum of 1 years’ experience managing an ERP

•Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks.

•Ability to analyse existing tools and databases

•Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms.

•A good level of experience in methodologies and processes for managing large-scale databases as well as an understanding in handling large data sets and relational databases.

•High-level written and verbal communication skills.

•Ideally experience in the Flexible Packaging Industry.

•Ideally Degree Level or equivalent qualification in Business/IT related subject

Salary: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
