Our D&I Commitment

One of our guiding principles is promoting and enhancing diversity and inclusion across all aspects of the work of the Foundation. We want to ensure that our staff are as diverse as possible and particularly that we represent the women and girls that we are aiming to reach with our work.

We will strive to ensure that staff (and trustees) represent people from diverse backgrounds including in relation to ethnicity, age, household income, location, gender identity, sexual orientation and those with disabilities. This is not only the right thing to do but will ensure that we can achieve the best results for the girls we aim to support. We believe that to achieve our mission we will need the broadest possible range of perspectives and ideas.

Given the focus of the work of the Foundation, we would particularly welcome applications from the following people:

  • Grew up with a low household income
  • From an ethnically diverse background and, if from the UK, with a particular focus on those from a Black or South Asian heritage community
