MK has a newly created role for a Sustainability Specialist to join our client based in Paisley.

This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading Agricultural Supply Chain Managers in the UK & Ireland, where you will be responsible for driving and developing their sustainability strategy.

Your duties will also include analysing the latest governmental regulations and industry practices, producing various reports and data inputs, and reporting on them internally and externally when necessary.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on a large (and growing!) organisation who are play a pivotal part in their field.

This role would suit a creative and innovative individual with high attention to deal who has a degree in Sustainability and/or Supply Chain discipline or a relevant degree with demonstrable knowledge of and interest in Sustainability issues.

There will be some adhoc travel with this role across the UK and on occasion, over seas.

Preferred Experience:

· Agriculture experience (in particular, knowledge of soils, fertilizers and farming)

· Knowledge of CO2 regulations and Carbon Sequestration possibilities.

· Interest or knowledge of ‘Green’ Supply Chain Management
