What we’re looking for:

We are looking for a Survey Support Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

This role can be undertaken from the comfort of your home where you will come into our Peterborough office once or twice a week.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and relationship building skills. You will be organised, have an eye for details and ensure all information is collected with accuracy.

We need someone who enjoys finding solutions that can use their own initiative and manage their own workload.

Who you’ll work with:

You will report directly into the Survey Support Team Leader and work with several different teams and external partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of the New Survey Request and Risk Improvement mailboxes, with the updating of separate central logs and risk improvement trackers.

  • Ensure that quality assurance targets are achieved

  • Support the Survey Support Co-ordinators.

  • Support the Team Leader in the monthly production of SST Management information reports.

  • Maintain relationships between all important partners such as Surveyors, NIG Brokers, NIG clients and NIG underwriters.

  • Promote the culture and core values of Direct Line group through appropriate behaviours and actions

  • Manage risks involved in running our business appropriate to my role, following our risk framework.

Work hours: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week
