Due to our increasing success and growth in demand we are seeking to employ either a full Surfacing Gang or individual Surfacing Operatives and a Foremanwho can form a new gang. A number of work locations are to be considered, namely North Wales, South Wales, South West, West Midlands, East Midlands and East Anglia. The work location will be predominantly within these areas but may involve working in other geographic locations.

The Gang will consist of Surfacing and Plant Operatives and a Foreman to lead the team.

You will ideally have road surfacing experience on highway works and although this is desirable, it is not essential as full training, guidance and supervision will be given. You will also be considered if you have construction industry, mechanical plant and/or agricultural experience.

CSCS card and driving licence would be preferred, but not essential.

Health & Safety is our number one priority so you must be able to demonstrate a pro-active attitude towards safety, make suggestions to reduce/remove any identified risks; attend & understand the content of the daily briefing, and complete any site-specific induction prior to commencing work on site.
