Overview:
Lead with your Heart at Making Space

At Making Space our focus is upon building relationships, connecting communities and providing quality care as unique as the people we support.

We have an opportunity available for 2 support workers to join the team at our newley comissioned Mount Pleasant Supported Housing service in Congelton, Cheshire.

Making Space is pleased to be working in partnership with Cheshire East Council and Plus Dane Housing, to provide housing with support in the Congleton area to people with complex support needs. The service will start on 1st February 2022 and will provide one to one support to tenants living at the scheme including, shopping, budgeting, housing management and socialisation.

Responsibilities:
The Role:

You will be supporting adults on a person centered basis to live independently at the scheme . Tasks will include supporting with shopping, budgeting, housing management and accessing the community.

Qualifications:
