Local organisation who provide care for adults with additional needs including Learning Disability,Elderly and those who need a little support following a period of ill health.

Sites include Residential, Nursing, Short Break and Supported Living - all in Warrington.

Job Description

  • Enhance the lives of the services users in a safe environment
  • Deliver exceptional care for all residents
  • Looking after mental, physical and social care of residents
  • Develop and maintain Care Plans
  • Work as part of a team- ensure clear handover, report any concerns to management

The Successful Applicant

  • Passionate about providing care
  • Enhance the lives of the service users - promote independence, positivity and make their lives as safe and as enjoyable as possible
  • Willingness to undertake training and development
  • Be positive, professional and outgoing
  • Commited to a career in care
  • Great communication skills
  • IT skills - laptops, able to order for residents from Amazon, assist with using mobiles and whatsapp etc
