We have a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual as a Night Support Worker, to develop your skills at our outstanding care home. At our Paignton based care home we provide a care support partnership for adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs, who need assistance with their social and household activities. In this role you will be expected to:Be able to demonstrate a warm, person centred and affirmative approach to people with learning disabilitiesSupport other members of the teamAdminister medication in line with our proceduresPut together and maintain comprehensive individual care plans for the people we supportKeep records and report and follow through on incidents as they ariseTo ensure the highest quality of care for the people we support we will provide you with easily accessible training, including bespoke specialist training that reflects the needs of people using services and your personal development.We’re passionate about putting a smile on the faces of the people we support every day.
