EXCITING NEW OPPORTUNITY

NEW SERVICE IN DYSART

A new service will be opening in Dysart supporting younger adults from the ages of 18 upwards

Within the role of Support Worker you will be expected to provide individualised and outcome based care to our younger adults

Joining our team you will be part of a care and support team who are kind and caring to all . It is essential you bring with you a great work ethic and sense of humour

.Candidates must preferably have at least

  • One year previous healthcare experience.
  • Experience of working with younger Adults
  • A knowledge of Electronic Care Planning would be advantageous

SSSC registration is mandatory. Any position is subject to a satisfactory PVG and references
