Uplifting?Are you looking for flexible working hours?Our client is a young man with Autism and learning difficulties, no challenging behaviour. You would help with life skills and social outings. You must be honest, reliable, kind, caring.We are looking to hire such a person to help build our client’s confidence, social and communication skills through a variety of tasks such as: accompanying him to various fun and interesting places as well as accessing activities within the community e.g. Going out to dinner, visiting a museum or be comfortable walking outdoors(even in the cold) on a nature trail as well as day to day tasks such as shopping for clothes or food.You must:Own car with valid driving licence and appropriate business insurance.Preferred but not necessary:Experience preferred, but not essential as (full training will be provided) working with or understanding the needs of autistic people.Hours:Flexible working hours, up to 16 hours p/w weekdays and extra hours on some weekends, days and times to be decided on a week by week basis.Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS checkOur reference: SE2282Vacancy: Support WorkerLocation: DewsburySalary: £8.91 per hour /including mileage when client uses your carHours: Flexible working hours, up to 16 hours p/w
