Do you want to work in a role where you are supporting individuals to achieve their goals, enabling them to lead a happy and fulfilling life?

Apply to join our excellent person centred staff team who currently support individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs based primarily in shared tenancies within the Calderdale area. Our aim is to enable individuals to enjoy a high quality of life and to be active in their community. You will be supporting our service users to carry out daily living tasks around their accommodation and experience a wide range of activities such as swimming and day trips.

We are keen to expand our dedicated team; we pride ourselves on being diverse, positive, and hardworking, qualities that the ideal candidate will have. You will be able to use your own initiative, as well as work effectively within a team. You will work in a person centred way, putting the individuals you support at the heart of the care you deliver.

Ideally, you will have prior experience of providing care and support to people with complex needs. However, this is not essential as we can offer full training for people who have strong person centred values and are passionate about making a difference.

As this is a 24 hour supported living service, you will be required to work shifts flexibly on a rota. We can offer you both full and part time roles and training towards Health and Social Care Diplomas.

Benefits Of Working With Creative Support
  • Free 24/7 counselling and employee support programme
  • Support to complete the nationally recognised Care Certificate
  • Competitive pay and a pension with company contribution and 28 days annual leave
  • Company paid enhanced DBS for all staff
  • All our staff are supported 24/7 by our out of hours teams
