This is an amazing role for someone who is looking to make a real difference in someone’s life by helping them to gain confidence and independence by providing some basic personal care, assist with medication, support them to cook and clean their bedroom, encouraging them to access the local community and spend time with friends and family. Applicants will ideally have experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant and most importantly you need passion for enhancing the quality of life for the people you are supporting.
