The White Horse Care Trust delivers award winning residential, supported living and nursing care to adults with additional care and support needs. We are seeking additional staff to join our team of dedicated and highly skilled Support Workers, in the Marlborough (SN8) area.

Our team in Marlborough are looking for more people who are caring, compassionate and hardworking, but also who like to have fun, to join them. Within our homes we do require a consistent approach from all of our Support Workers, to ensure that behaviours that may cause concern, can be managed effectively, with this in mind, you will be offered full training and ongoing support and you will work alongside a team of experienced staff.

The ladies and gentlemen within this home enjoy a variety of activities such as walks, football, coffee, swimming, trampolining parties and music sessions, but they also enjoy more relaxed activities such as walks in the local area, meals out and picnics.

An enhanced disclosure (DBS) is required for all roles, the Trust will meet the cost of this.
