  • Residential service within Romford - Essex
  • Full Time & Part time contracts available
  • Mixture of shifts including; Early, Late, Nights
  • £18,373 per annum (pro-rata) + Benefits.
This role is based in Romford and you will be supporting adults with severe learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs, and high support needs. Most individuals are wheelchair users and require hoists for most transfers and one individual is also peg fed and another who has a stoma bag.

  • Current team size approximately 30.
  • This service is a residential setting and split over 2 bungalows.
As this role requires providing personal care it will usually be necessary for applicants to have had or agree to have the Covid-19 vaccine

You must be willing to embrace all aspects of the role including, but not limited to, providing support with personal care, domestic tasks, and supporting individuals to access appointments, education and social opportunities to maximise their quality of life.

Experience with challenging behaviour would be beneficial but not essential.
