Support Worker - Temp to Perm Precedo Healthcare are recruiting Support Workers to work with clients in the Widnes area. Our clients all require day to day support either in their home homes or in small residential units. Our clients have varying levels of learning difficulties and some show some challenging behaviours. To be successful in this role, you will need; At least 6 months experience in a similar role within the past 2 years To be committed to providing person-centred careThis is a temporary assignment initially, with permanent positions available after 12 weeks, should you wish once a successful and solid relationship is built with our client. Please note the above position require a fully enhanced adult and child DBS on the update service or willing to pay £45.00 to complete a DBS application. Candidates are also required to attend 1 day practical training and complete on line ELearning prior to starting work.
