About Us

Dolphin Homes is a family run business with an established network of residential homes and Supported Living services across Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey. We support vulnerable adults to achieve independence with every-day living tasks and promote a ’can do’ approach to new ideas, achieving fun filled and varied person-centred activities. We support staff by mentoring them and providing them with excellent training and have senior staff on hand to role model and support new colleagues. Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting people to develop independence and life skills.
  • Help develop person centred plans for the people we support.
  • Ensuring that record-keeping is maintained and updated in an accurate, timely and confidential manner.
  • Provide personal care where needed whilst helping to maintain independence?
