The successful candidates will need to be a ‘peoples person’, keen to make a difference and enthusiastic about all aspects of supporting an individual in their personal lives. This will include supporting with outdoor activities, toileting, bathing, manual handling, feeding, preparing meals, domestic chores, engaging with the community and administering medication.
