Support Worker

(Senior Support Worker)

Covering Sleaford

(We also cover Coningsby, Heckington, Ruskington, Donington, Billing-hay, Tattershall, Cranwell, Leasingham and Billingborough)

£9.30 – £9.50 per hour, paid mileage

At CRG Homecare we provide much needed care to vulnerable individuals in your community. You’ll be making a difference to those who need care the most by promoting independence, dignity, respect and choice, enabling our service users to live in the comfort and security of their own home.

This is a Senior support worker role that involves supporting existing teams to provide care to vulnerable adults within their own homes, there will be some supervisor duties integrated within the role.

1 Year experience is needed to be a Support Worker for this role. we also provide the best training, support & development.

What Your Role Will Involve
  • Supervisor duties integrated within the role.
  • Providing personal care – Washing, bathing, toileting
  • Preparation of meals
  • Support with medication
  • Light domestic duties
  • Visits out into the community
