Connexus Homes is delivering high quality supported accommodation in Hereford City Centre and outreach support across Herefordshire for vulnerable young people aged 16 to 25. This has created some exciting opportunities for positive and engaging individuals to join our team.

Your role will be as a Support Officer (Training and Education) to the young people living in the supported accommodation in Hereford City Centre. The working hours are on a shift covering 9:00am to 10:00pm seven days a week, working 35 hours weekly.

You will provide person centred support to the young people during these hours while working alongside other colleagues in the team.
