Support Administrator (Full Time, Hybrid Working)

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and technically minded individual with proven customer service experience to join the friendly, creative team at it’seeze.

We are a national web design franchise company based in Torquay, Devon, and we’re now looking for a talented support administrator to join our fast-growing team and provide excellent support and expert advice to both our clients and franchisees.

About the role

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in launching our clients’ websites, assisting with technical queries, and providing ongoing help and assistance to our network of franchise partners (based throughout the UK and Ireland) to enable them to run their businesses effectively.

Main responsibilities:

· Assisting clients and franchisees with a wide variety of web-related queries via phone, email, and video call

· Liaising between our franchisees and Head Office team to solve queries and translate any technical language into simple terms that can be easily understood by all parties

· Providing ongoing training and advice on our in-house systems and applications for our franchisees and their teams

· Ensuring websites are booked into our production queue and launched within an appropriate timeframe

· Feeding back new ideas and suggestions to improve internal processes, boost customer retention, and generate new leads

· Registering, transferring, and managing domain names

· Setting up and managing business email accounts and Google services

About you

We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a passion for digital learning and excellent communication skills.

You should be someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, is highly organised and able to work independently on projects.

Skills and experience:

· Experience in similar customer service role

· Good working knowledge and technical understanding of the internet

· Excellent time management and organisational skills

· Strong interpersonal and team working skills

· Great problem-solving skills

· Excellent telephone manner

· Good IT skills and ability to learn new software packages

About this vacancy

This is a full-time role with a hybrid working schedule, with the working week currently split into 3 days based at our national Head Office in Torquay and 2 days of remote work.

Working hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

You’ll be joining our experienced team in a contemporary working environment, with an open plan office and convenient location.
