As our next Supply Chain – Materials and Logistics Degree Apprentice starting on 2nd September 2024, you’ll be a valued integral part of our supply chain team. As part of your role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the success of supply chain and leading the day in ensuring efficient material and logistics planning.

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be confident, resilient and thrive in challenging situations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to make a significant impact and be part of a dynamic team.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a cross-functional environment and contribute to the success of our Supply Chain team. You could be involved in material and logistics flow management, minimising risks and developing supplier relationships. You would actively be involved in maintaining inventory accuracy and driving a continuous improvement culture.

The Key Requirements...

  • Achieved 2 A Levels any subject or 5 GCSE’s minimum equivalent C or 4 and above including Maths and English
  • You’ll have hobbies and interests which will demonstrate your practical mindset.
  • You’ll have excellent attention to detail and enjoy solving complex problems.

What you’ll gain…

  • Enrol onto a Supply Chain Level 6 qualification
  • Hours: Mon – Thurs 6.15am – 3.15pm and Fri 6.15am – 11.15am
  • Full-time onsite at Gaydon, Warwickshire
  • Continued development and 1-2-1 training programmes
  • Commit to a 4-year varied programme which may include; material and logistics planning

  • Online psychometric gamification assessment (not timed)
  • Phone interview – with a member of the Talent Acquisition team (20 minutes)
  • In-person assessment centre – a chance to come and meet the team you’ve applied to join
  • Outcome – we will let you know the outcome of your assessment centre attendance
