Reporting to the Operations Director this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced

Supply Chain Manager, the role is responsible for managing all sourcing,

planning and logistical requirements, ensuring customer requirements are met on time

and in accordance with the appropriate quality standards, through a highly capable and cost effective supply base. The Supply Chain Manager operates at a senior level with a high degree of autonomy, whilst managing, mentoring and developing an effective supply chain team.

Skills And Experience We Are Looking For
  • Proven capability of managing purchasing, planning and logistics functions within a manufacturing environment
  • Working experience of SIOP business lifecycle
  • Experience of incoterms, contractual logistic conditions and Brexit implications
  • Significant experience of implementing and influencing key performance Indicators
  • Experience in delivering a customer focussed service.
  • Experience of contractual law pertinent to sourcing and product supply
  • Skilled in delivery of commercial negotiations
  • Confident presentation and Interpersonal skills.
  • Effective organisation & planning skills
  • People management experience
  • Proven capability of managing a full MRP order book in support of a manufacturing/delivery schedule
  • Ability to leverage and analyse complex ERP/MRP data to enable effective decision making
  • CIPS/CILT equivalent professional qualifications/experience desirable.
