STEM Recruitment has a superb opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager to work with their rapidly expanding client in the Stirling area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a great business going through an exciting time of change and a chance to put your mark on the department and its operational functionality. You will drive the departments strategy in this key managerial role, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards whilst keeping in line with the financial budget for the department. The position will cover a huge variety of duties not limited to:
  • Managing the department resource planning
  • Departmental stock control
  • Production planning
  • Managing warehousing and shipping departments
  • Accountability for all department documentation
  • Supplier evaluation and monitoring
  • Managing department KPI’s
  • Day to day management and leadership
  • Overseeing procurement activities This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Engineering Manager who has the drive and innovation to support the companies’ expansion. You will be capable of challenging the norm and implementing new ideas and systems to achieve and exceed expectations.
