We source all our products direct from suppliers, retail them across 80 different platforms worldwide and distribute them directly to our customers from one of our Monster distribution centres. We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Supply Chain team. You’ll support them with a wide variety of different tasks from ensuring we have enough stock of all the spare parts the business needs, liaising with suppliers to chase payments, gathering information and to ensure orders are running on time.

Daily Tasks:

  • Ordering parts to fulfil demand and reduce stock loss.
  • Arranging shipment of parts.
  • Communicating with warehouses to ensure timely receipt of parts and creating stock transfers to move parts between sites.
  • Working with the buyer to ensure new products have available parts.
  • Support the buying team with checking and testing product samples, identifying new products and suppliers, plus any adhoc admin work required.
  • Support the team co-ordinator to ensure orders are running on time.
  • Using various systems for updating purchase orders, creating SKUs and running reports.
  • First point of contact for product queries from our Customer Support Team.
  • Responding to internal/external emails and taking phone calls.
  • Preparing daily reports.
  • Organising transfer of stock between warehouses.
  • Note taking.
  • Any other relevant departmental administration.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Able to manage time, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A technical mindset would be beneficial.

Working hours: Full time, Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4:30pm. You will be based at our modern offices near Sheriff Hutton (YO60) therefore it is essential that you have your own transport.
