Supply Chain Assistant
Winchester
£24,000 – £25,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Chain Assistant to join our clients high end manufacturing company local to Winchester.

Our client is looking for someone who has experience working in a similar role, this will be joining a small team, the Supply Chain Assistant will play a key part in Purchasing, time and attendance monitoring, updating Production schedules, running reports, liaising between Sales/Production/Dispatch plus much more.

Responsibilities for the Supply Chain Assistant;
  • Communicate with the UK and US Sales teams acting as a central point of communication
  • Communicate with all areas of the business effectively including Warehouse, Goods in, Production, Workshop and Dispatch
  • Analyse stock levels and availability, liaise with purchasing
  • Manage daily, weekly and monthly report, tracking KPI’s
  • Manage sales orders
  • Liaise with international vendors to improve delivery performance
  • Raise and review Purchase Orders
  • Respond to clients’ accounts
  • Plus much more

Experience;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to analyse data
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Experience working in a similar position

The working hours for the role are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm and this is a permanent position.
