619581 x SCIS Supply Chain Analyst (Full-time, permanent)Location: Heywood DC / Hemel Hempstead DCShift: Mon-Fri 08.30 to 17.00 (May include weekend working)Position SummaryThe SCIS - Supply Chain Analyst is part of a Global Supply Chain Integration Center of Excellence, more specifically a team providing consulting and support services to European, North American and Asia-Pacific markets.The Center of Excellence is formed of experts in Supply chain planning processes, APS (Advanced Planning and Scheduling) and BI (Business Intelligence) software platforms.The SCIS - Supply Chain Analyst works in close collaboration with the SCI technical teams as well as Martin Brower Supply Chain organizations.Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited ToProcess and Performance improvement
  • Support the market in their KPIs review and the development and execution of the improvement plans
  • Suggest and lead process improvement initiatives addressing gaps across all three pillars: business processes, people knowledge and system enhancements.
  • Promote adoption of existing and new system features to rationalize and improve market performance.
  • Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data, including the development of business critical supply chain reporting and analytics.
  • Help the business implement technology solutions, including managing the requirements of a project or program and communicating progress clearly to all stakeholders levels.
Customer/ Stakeholder management
  • Creates positive relationships with stakeholders through the appropriate management of their expectations and agreed objectives
  • Ensure proper socialization and understanding of system initiatives
  • Support Change Management, ensure appropriate plan are in place to drive changes efficiently
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure initiatives are prioritized and aligned with the market Supply Chain’s goals and objectives
Operational Support
  • In charge of the operational support of the supply chain solution for MB ANZ Supply chain teams
  • Management and follow-up of supply chain support requests raised through the Help Desk tool
  • Organization and facilitation of regular meetings with Supply Chain teams to review/monitor their requests, update of associated tools and documents
  • Preparation and facilitation of monthly market meetings with MB ANZ
  • Training, coaching and mentoring of planners/users. Development of training materials and solution description documentation in accordance with templates
  • Recommendation of action plans to the operational team to improve key performance indicators
Solution governance
  • Project management of solution improvement (requirements in-take, analysis, specification and documentation)
  • Management of User acceptance testing (preparation, documentation, facilitation and sign-off process)
  • Implementation / roll-out phases of system initiatives.
  • Development and documentation of training materials of supply chain solutions.
  • Socialisation of Supply Chain best-practices and training across MB ANZ Supply Chain teams
Project Management
  • Apply project management and methodology standards
  • Develop & validate a detailed project plan with MB ANZ Management
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
  • Define project scope, objectives, stakeholders, roles & responsibilities in collaboration with MB ANZ management
  • Determine the resources required to complete the project, ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Monitor the project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
  • Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders on project progress
  • Manage dependencies with other local and global initiatives
  • Carry out risk assessments, including reporting issues, delays, risks to the ANZ business and to SCIS direct management and SCIS governance board.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related experience; or Diploma and 7+ years of related experience
  • Knowledge of ERP, BI and Supply Chain planning software
  • Knowledge of distribution, transportation, and purchasing processes
  • High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes
  • Proficiency of Supply Chain techniques and methods (distribution requirements planning, forecasting techniques)
  • Very good knowledge of information systems and technology trends
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and influencing skills with all levels of employees, management and customer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills And Experience
  • Supply Chain Management certification is not necessary though preferred
  • Previous experience with supply chain processes preferred
  • Ability to collaborate with other application COEs.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective functional design and delivery.
