Our interns lead the next generation of supply chain excellence, specifically focusing on automation, advanced analytics and insights. They work as project leaders for new product or promotional display launches, forecasting experts for multiple brands and they are often the face of our supply chain to some of the UK’s biggest retailers.

What To Expect

During your 12-month placement you will get a first-hand experience of what a career in Supply Network Operations (SNO) with P&G involves, and if it is right for you.

You will be working on live business SNO projects and expected to dive straight in and take the lead. Previous SNO placement projects cover topics such as Category or Retailer ownership, designing digital solution to tackle real life business problems and developing more sustainable instore displays.

A year placement in Supply Network with P&G is designed to give students an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging environment we work in. You will be entrusted with real, individual technical and business projects to lead, own, and execute over the course of your placement with us. To do this, you will be integrated into a diverse team from your first day and be responsible for delivering results to improve our business. This role is available at our sites across the UK:

  • Weybridge - our UK Head Office in Weybridge, Surrey which is an easy commute from London with regular trains from Waterloo and Clapham Junction and a free shuttle service from the station to the office.
  • Harrogate – our Northern sales HQ manages 40% of the UK retailer business, it’s only 20 minutes north of Leeds, with regular trains stopping at the office from both Leeds and York!
  • Newcastle (Cobalt Park) and Skelmersdale

What You Will Gain

Full Time Role -Successful interns have the potential to secure a full-time position with P&G after graduation. Job Qualifications

What We Look For:

  • University students graduating in 2024 or 2025, or eligible for a 12-month placement starting Summer 2024.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.
  • A strong foundational understanding of engineering principles within your chosen field, as well as problem-solving and leadership skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English language skills.

Start date: The internship’s duration is from July 1st, 2024 until June 28th, 2025.
