An exciting opportunity has become available for a candidate to join the CLS Third Party Management Portfolio Servicing team, which can be based near the Skipton or Doxford sites. Remote or office-based work is available dependant on your preference, however if remote you must be prepared to commute to one of the offices above when required. In addition, this is a national role that will potentially see you travel across the UK to support the requirements of the role as and whennecessary.This team effectively handle a series of diverse third-party suppliers to ensure SLA’s and adherence are achieved in a timely and quality way, which are defined within the client contracts.What key responsibilities will you have?ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the Supplier Relationship Manager and other relationship consultants you will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of the team including
  • Ensure that third parties adhere to their contractual obligations and agreed SLA’s
  • To maintain the agreed governance model
  • Deal with escalated issues and resolve or escalate as required
  • Compile service review reporting
  • Provide insightful analysis to various aspects of the relationship
  • Adhere to the risks and controls within the third-party management team
  • Develop Continuous Improvements focused on cost benefits and enhancing the customer experience
  • Remain compliant to all regulations, legislation, and policies including H&S
  • Pro-actively manage, report, and mitigate risks
  • Attend client governance
Key things about you;
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ideally background within loans/ mortgages/ financial services (preferred)
