What we would like from our Supervisor:

• Have experience in a supervisory or Team Leader role, ideally within hospitality, but not essential.
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Good delegation and influencing skills
• Display a real passion for food and customer service

What you’ll do as a Supervisor:

That means enhancing the performance of each team member with carefully chosen training. You’ll make sure each person’s aware of their duties – especially regarding Health & Safety – and ready to reach the high standards we expect. You’ll also see that the Lounge area runs smoothly, meeting BA’s specifications on each and every shift.

In addition:

• Take responsibility for the catering operation
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members
• Ensure that customers are given a friendly, prompt and efficient service
• Food service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.

Please note, this role is based at an Airport and therefore requires a valid passport / rights to work in the UK. We will be looking for a complete 5-year work / education history with no gaps more than 28 days. As you will be working at an airport, this role will include early and late shifts (earliest being 04:30 start and latest being 14:30 start).
