Retail Supervisor

THE ROLE:you will be a brand ambassador for the company. Sales driven and a desire to take on additional responsibilities, as well as be flexible.

Key responsibilities:

  • Delivering customer excellence
  • Assisting customers with product knowledge
  • Maximising sales & KPI’s
  • Maintains Stock Accuracy through following correct processes
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the store in the absence of line Managers

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate for the role of Supervisor will be enthusiastic, passionate, committed with great people skills. They will have strong engagement skills and show a passion for shoes. You will need to be able to communicate and demonstrate confidently your knowledge and skills to enable you to deliver amazing customer service. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: £11.15-£11.40 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
