ABOUT YOU.

• At least 1 years experience working in a large-scale, high turnover hospitality, leisure, or entertainment setting, as a Supervisor or Duty Manager
• Sales & Marketing or Food & Beverage experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent business acumen & financial understanding, ability to analyse and impact numbers is essential.
• Creative and Fun with the ability to formulate engaging content
• Full understanding of all Social Media platforms and the ability to maximise their use
• Willingness to work late nights and weekends, it’s a lifestyle
• A passion for hospitality!

ABOUT THE ROLE.

As a weekend Supervisor / Duty Manager you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in operating the business. We have a reception which manages games bookings, a large and busy bar along with a kitchen.

This is an exciting opportunity for for the right candidate for what will be a high footfall venue in the heart of Bournemouth.

• Assist in running a weekend shift
• Have a fun, can do attitude that represents the Boom philosophy

Schedule:

• 8/9 hour shift
• Variety of day and night shifts
