This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a busy office environment supported by a close knit working team. We are not your typical "call centre", there are approximately 30 staff working across a variety of shift patterns.

You will be working on behalf of a small group of clients, answering inbound telephone calls and providing information to resolve queries.

The typical hours are 40hrs per week working between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday to Ssaturday, however flexibility is essential.

Applicants will need to meet the following criteria to be considered for the position:

  • The ability to fit into a team who are passionate about providing a high quality customer service experience to our callers and clients.
  • A flexible and positive attitude to change and a challenge, as you will be working in a fast paced environment where things can change hourly.
  • Quick thinker and learner
  • Capable of navigating multiple computer systems, good written English and numerate skills at GCSE Grade C minimum
  • A great work ethic that demonstrates, commitment, self-motivation and reliability
  • You must be eligible to work in the UK
  • You must be able to speak English fluently
