Further develop your skillset by working with like-minded people in an international environment and provide our summer students with an amazing new experience on the Isle of Wight!

EF Isle of Wight is searching for Activity Supervisorsto join the EF Dream Team for summer 2023.

What will you be doing?

  • While working at our summer camp, it will be your responsibility to deliver a wide range of pre-planned and organzied activities including taking students on unique excursions to London and Portsmouth, going surfing or taking part in an epic laser quest battle - every day is different!
  • The role also includes admin duties such as taking attendance registers, basic cash handling and welfare duties.

What will you take away?

  • After a summer of working as an Activity Instructor, you will leave having created some of the best memories for your students.
  • You will expand your creative skills by organising and delivering activities. Working with students who are travelling to a foreign country, your communication skills are maximised to ensure a smooth experience for everyone and your group management capabilities will be enhanced.
  • Tasked with being the leader for your activity group; you will grow your overall leadership skills by guiding your group from the unfamiliar to the unforgettable.

Who will you be working with?

  • On the Island we deliver both activities and academics to our young travellers. Our team consists of Activity Supervisors and Language Teachers supported by an experienced senior management team. We are a mix of both local and international staff with a lot of experience between us.

What is required?

  • Enthusiastic, organised and a natural leader.
  • Responsible, flexible, approachable and friendly.
  • Have the ability to create a positive learning environment.
  • Have the right to live and work in the country of employment.
  • Complete fluency in English.

Full training will be given prior to contract start date.
