Within TUI Group we have implemented a new HRIS infrastructure. This covers Employee Central, Reward, Performance & Succession, Data & Analytics, Recruiting and Onboarding and Learning across our core regions and businesses. The focus of this role will be the Recruitment and Onboarding modules of SuccessFactors.

About The Job
  • As TUI People Recruitment and Onboarding Manager you will be the system SME for TUI Group ensuring alignment and implementation of best practices in line with our Freedom within a Framework principle.
  • Maintain a network of Key Users across TUI to lead and influence their decision making to ensure their process design fits to the standard functionality of SuccessFactors.
  • Take a leading role in system design, ensuring documentation and processes are maintained and updated.
  • Lead the release process advising the business of system changes and leading practice adoption.
  • Training of Key Users within the business in line with our train the trainer approach and utilizing our digital adoption tool.
  • Take accountability for the integration of 3rd party tools to the recruitment module
  • You will ensure our data governance principles are adhered to and Framework processes are embedded.
  • You will be responsible to lead the testing of the solution with regards new functionality and releases. You will be required to tailor test cases throughout and ensure that the SME’s have the required support to “sign off” on each test phase.
  • Influence the behavior of others by leading by example both in terms of delivering world-class service to our customers and by demonstrating our Values and leadership behaviors

About You
  • Previous experience leading the implementation of Success Factors Recruiting and Onboarding across complex matrix organisations
  • Accredited in one or more Success Factors module
  • Very Strong communication, influencing & leadership experience
  • Fluent in English, German language capability will be beneficial
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools, systems and software
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills to work across the Group at different levels
  • Open to occasional travel to our office locations in Europe.
